Getting to sleep, IT'S 4AM!!! I dunno what I ate or drank that's got me this awake at 4am but ugh, it's really annoying. Seriously... why aren't I tired...

Help

You know, I don't know…but I find this happening a lot more now than it used to.
You recently joined Zaadz and your spirit is all fired up. It happened to me too. It will all balance out. It is a good thing, never fear to be stirred up. Sleep will come when your mind quiets back down. Enjoy the thrill of the ride.
I've been reading a lot on chi gung too except my book is mainly still on the theory and history part, not the meat where I can practice. Also I've been using a neuro programming program to re-program myself (woo too many uses of the word!) for balance and only eating when hungry.
To elaborate on Deb's comment a little (because it was happening to me pre-zaadz but then I often have reason to be all fired up) 3 - 5 AM, in Asian medicine, is lung time. The lungs are the organ most closely associated with bringing the energy of Spirit into the body.
Hence, if you're already awake, it's a difficult time to find sleep (Spirit being a very get-up-and-go sort of a thing) and if you were asleep, Spirit just might be nudging you a little hard. I know that it's when the Prizzwallers always find me!
Yeah my ChiGung book talked about an old monk that lived to be over 100 years old, he would go to sleep earlier in the evening, wake at about 3am, and meditate (chi gung breathing meditations) until dawn. It's this time in sleep that I have my message dreams as well.
